Division ONE Pick’ems Official Rules and Terms
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
This promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and operated by Division ONE (the “Sponsor” or “Division ONE”). Division ONE is responsible for the administration of the Promotion, including prizes, winner communications, and fulfillment.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of North America, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico, who are at least the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at the start of the applicable split and ends at the conclusion of that split, as posted on the official Division ONE tournament schedule (the “Promotion Period”). Only pick’ems submitted and locked during the Promotion Period will be eligible.
4. How to Enter / Pick’ems Rules
Entrants may participate by submitting pick’ems through the official Division ONE pick’ems platform during the Promotion Period. Pick’ems for each individual match must be locked before the scheduled start time of that match.
Any pick’em that is not locked before a match begins will not count toward that match’s points. Any additional limits, timing rules, or platform-specific instructions posted on the pick’ems platform are part of these Official Rules.
5. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, or other consideration is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.
6. Prizes
For each title, three (3) winners will be selected: the top three (3) eligible participants on the official Division ONE pick’ems leaderboard at the end of the Promotion Period.
Specific prizes, including any variations by title, will be listed on the Division ONE website and form part of these Official Rules.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and the accuracy of their pick’ems. Winners are determined based on leaderboard placement using the scoring system described on the pick’ems platform.
8. Winner Selection, Notification & Verification
The three (3) highest-ranked eligible participants on the final leaderboard for each title will be the winners. In the event of a tie affecting winner selection, the tied participant with the highest number of correctly predicted parlays overall will be ranked higher. If a tie still remains, the participant who submitted their final locked pick’em first will be ranked higher. If a tie cannot be resolved by these methods, Division ONE may use a reasonable tie-break method determined in its sole discretion.
Division ONE will attempt to notify each winner using the contact information provided on the pick’ems platform within fourteen (14) days after the end of the Promotion Period. Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification and may be required to complete verification, eligibility confirmation, and any applicable tax forms. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, or is found to be ineligible, Division ONE may select the next highest eligible participant as an alternate winner.
9. Taxes & Reporting
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial, or local taxes, reporting obligations, or other costs associated with accepting a prize. Division ONE will comply with any tax reporting obligations required by law. Winners may be required to provide valid taxpayer identification information before receiving a prize.
10. Publicity & Release
By accepting a prize, each winner grants Division ONE permission to use their name, likeness, and city/state/province of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
By participating, entrants and winners release Division ONE and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitations of Liability
Division ONE is responsible for administering this Promotion, but is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or garbled entries; technical issues; platform outages; scoring errors; human error; or other issues beyond its reasonable control.
Division ONE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor outside Division ONE’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion. Any attempt to intentionally damage the pick’ems platform or interfere with the Promotion may result in disqualification.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Division ONE’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in that policy.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where prohibited by applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Official Rules shall be resolved in the state or provincial courts located in Alabama, unless otherwise required by law.
14. Winners List
Winners will be identified on the Division ONE website through the final leaderboard standings.
15. Contact
