Pick-Ems Policy

Division ONE Pick'ems — Official Rules and Terms

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHEREPROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored and operated by Division ONE (the “Sponsor” or “Division ONE”). All responsibilities for the Promotion (including prizes, administration, and winner communications) lie with Division ONE.

2. Eligibility. The Promotion is open only to legal residents of North America (United States, Canada, and Mexico) who are at least the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry.

3. Promotion Period. The Promotion begins at the start of the eligible split and ends at the conclusion of said split, as posted on the official Division ONE tournament schedule (the “Promotion Period”). Only pick’ems submitted and locked during the Promotion Period, per the rules below, are eligible.

4. How to Enter / Pick’ems Rules. Entrants participate by submitting pick’ems on the official Division ONE pick’ems platform during the Promotion Period. Pick’ems for an individual match must be locked (finalized) before the scheduled start time of that match. Entries that are not locked before a match begins will be ineligible for that match’s points. Limit and timing rules published on the pick’ems platformapply.

5. No Purchase Necessary A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

6. Prizes. Three (3) winners per title will be selected — the top three (3) eligible participants on the official Division ONE pick’ems leaderboard at the end of the Promotion Period. Specific prizes (and any applicable variations) will be listed on the Division ONE website and form part of these Official Rules.

7. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and their pick’ems performance. Winners are determined by leaderboard placement based on the scoring rules described on the pick’ems platform.

8. Winner Selection, Notification & Verification. The three (3) highest-ranked eligible participants on the final leaderboard will be the Winners. Division ONE will attempt to notify Winners via the contact information provided on the pick’ems platform within [e.g., 7–14] days following the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Winners must respond within[e.g., 7–14] days and complete any requested verification, eligibility and tax documentation. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond inthe required time, or is ineligible, Division ONE may select an alternateWinner from the next highest eligible participant.

9. Taxes & Reporting. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, provincial/state, or local taxes or reporting obligations associated with their prize. Division ONE will comply with any tax-reporting obligations required by law. Winners may be required to provide valid taxpayer identification information prior to receiving a prize.

10. Publicity & Release. By accepting a prize, each Winner consents to Division ONE’s use of their name, likeness, and city/province/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants and Winners release Division ONE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitations of Liability. Division ONE is responsible for administering this Promotion. Division ONE is not responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or garbled entries; technical or platform failures; errors in the pick’ems platform; human error; or other problems beyond Division ONE’s reasonable control. Division ONE reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion (or portions of it) if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Division ONE’s control impair the integrity of the Promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage the pick’ems platform or interfere with the Promotion is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

12. Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Division ONE’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in that policy.

13. Governing Law & Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of Alabama without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Rules shall be resolved in the state or provincial courts located in Alabama unless otherwise required by law.

14. Winners List. Winners list will be labeled on the website via the final leaderboard standings
