Scouting & Draft
The event opens with a kickoff webinar introducing players to program leaders. That's followed by an open scouting window where prospects interact 1-on-1 with team representatives.

Team Bootcamp
Drafted players enter their team's ecosystem and work together to create the strongest roster possible. Each roster gets a maximum of five hours to work with their team's coach.

Tournament
All 4 teams face off in a double-elimination bracket across the final weekend. The semi-finals and beyond will be streamed on Division ONE's Twitch channel with official casting.
